Duties include a variety of tasks that assist with making sure each project is completed within its set schedule and budget.
These tasks include accounts payable, preparation of owner billings, auditing of job costs, providing job cost reports, maintaining subcontractor compliance, collecting lien waivers, monitoring budgets, new vendor & job setups, and closeouts.
As well as helping the project managers and other accounting personnel with any other tasks throughout the project.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Procore and Sage 300 CRE experience required.
Accounting experience preferred; Construction accounting experience considered a plus.
Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft programs Exceptional organization skills necessary Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
